Two panellists have been announced for International Construction’s upcoming webinar ‘OEM Opportunities’ – Zeng Guang’an, Chairman of LiuGong Group and Pekka Vauramo, President and CEO of Metso Outotec Corporation.

The webinar will discuss the state of the global construction equipment market, the ongoing impact of Covid-19 on the industry, examine what markets the panellists see as having strong potential for growth in the future, discuss the opportunities presented by technology and major trends such as urbanisation and ‘green’ sustainable construction and reducing emissions.

Pekka Vauramo, M.Sc. (Tech.), has been the President and CEO of Metso Outotec Corporation since 2020.

Vauramo was appointed President and CEO of Metso in 2018. He has served as President and CEO of Finnair (2013-2018) and prior to that he has held several management positions at Cargotec and Sandvik.
